Lots of new fall knits on the way, cozy armies and leg warmers! wahoo! ...Fall is here and it is time to hibernate with loose leaf black teas and gel medium in my studio for the next two months to prepare for my first solo exhibition, I Feel It All, which will be on display from December 7th-13th at The McKay Gallery

I must say this summer so far has been so replenishing for me and relaxing.. I have really needed this time for myself and having the opportunity to just create and experiment with knitting, fibres, colour and fabrics in my jewelery and clothing has been so rewarding! ....I have felt somewhat melancholy as the summer is going by and I have not yet begun any more paintings since the Spring.. But I cannot let that discourage me, as I figure it is all a process. I think this time right now is about the "self" ...and just spending time in the Garden, the city and doing my daily hot yoga has been just lovely, It's gearing me up for an exciting fall ahead!! ...
